Pathetic service and *****

Good day.my parcel is been in this company for 30days now and I have been trying to call them in Johannersburg but noone is there to pick up the phones everything it's a struggle to this courier ,can you please helopeter shut down this courier because they are just fooling us and take our money and not deliver and they don't even have social media .I need someone who's going to explain to me what happened to my parcel that was coming from China and when are they gonna deliver it at my house, I regret using this company and I'll never use it again or recommend someone to use it
