Parcel from China

Hellow Peter..on 25 November 2019 I bought my hair from China I haven’t receive the hair.. it’s still showing intransit to the destination. I managed to get a number for the guy who does deliveries in Cape Town he told me that my parcel had arrived in Cape Town he will deliver my hair lastweek Thursday he didn’t pick up the phone the whole day till today I haven’t received my hair and he is not picking up the phone ..I will never use DPEX again and I will not recommend it to anyone it’s bad customer service I even ask the guy to send me address so that I can pick my parcel but he told me that he will deliver my parcel.
