Lousy company

Very lousy, useless and unprofessional service from carrier company, my parcel has been stuck in same place inside Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 10 days, still not yet receive my parcel until today. Call to customer service, also get frustrated by their way of attending customer. Stupid carrier service company.
