Horrific service from DPEX

Ordered something from China and was delivered on 16 September at DPEX in Kempton Park. My delivery address is in Centurion not even far from them. Up till now I did not receive my parcel and was suppose to have it latest 20 September. I am so disappointed in this whole process. Telephone numbers on their website is not working and I do not know what do to get hold of them.
