FELT UNSAFE AND ATTACKED

I am in disbelief with the level of rudeness and disrespect from the delivery guy. 1stly i did not receive any type of notification about my package being delivered today.so your driver gets to my complex and he tried to call me while at the gate and i was in meeting. The guards let him in and he comes to my unit. mind you i am not expecting this delivery today coz i normally would get an sms to say my delivery is on the way, but this time i did not receive anything...Also i order a lot of things online so i did not know which 1 he is delivering...i see him though the window and open the door and that's when he started lashing at me on how i am acting like someone who is not expecting a delivery and he was so rude with me when i asked who is he and where is the package from...He threatened to go back with the package saying, "Clearly you were not expecting this package" which i told him he can do that because he wouldn't tell me his name and which delivery company he is from, i just felt unsafe around the guy and he left without giving me the package.
