DPEX Worldwide Worst courier company ever

My parcel is pending customs inspection since the 5th of February 2021, based on the reviews I have read this company seems to be disaster and I saw that I am not the only one with this problem with them. Please if anyone has their phone number please drop it in the comments section, the one I got on google is not going through.
