Dpex worldwide shipment delayed

Hi there i hav a serious problem with dpex worldwide Purchased some itemes from wholesale7.net and chose dpex for my shipment My parcel has been in transit to destination with dpex from the 26 September 2017 till today The parcel was supposed to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. I hav send dpex an email to which they never responded to Please help Thank you
