Dpex Should Get staff who knows they job

I ordered from Wholesale7 and due to rates Dpex was reasonable as a result R865 was deducted from my account Bt till today I have not received my parcel. Going forward I called the company 3 times today I was asked to send proof off payment and ID copy to ********** so I did. My question is they are able to pick my name etc why is it they can’t see proof off payment. Spec has failed me as a customer if they have a problem with my goods why must i run behind them Cnt such a big company send a email as they did when I payed. I’m really frustrated and want to go to that company direct as I will not be ****** nor treated like this
