Dpex failed delivery

I ordered an item on aliexpress on the 29 May 2018 and have not yet received my item, spoke to someone from dpex named Derby she was rude and advised me to collect the parcel because it was expensive for them to deliver the goods to my location. It's the 2July and my parcel is still stuck in Jhb because it's expensive and it's not my fault.
