Disgusting company

I don’t believe how disgusting this logistics company is, I’ve been waiting for a parcel since the 11th of October, their call centre is even more pathetic with service they should close it down it’s really useless, they drop the calls and the 1 time I got response she also dropped the line as I was about to give my tracking number. A bunch of filthy humans I tell you.
