Delay in delivering my parcel,very slow

It's getting frustratingly impossible to get my parcel delivered to me by this courier. First they charged me an exorbitant amount for custom clearance,almost equal to what I paid for the item. I paid anyway,but now they won't release my package and deliver to me. It's a week every time I call I get told it will be released the next day,mind you the turn around is 72 hours but we are into a week. I'm tired,I want my parcel delivered asap to me.
