Complaint about DPEX

Horrible horrible, I’ve been waiting for a parcel since January, first it was delayed shipment, then stuck on customs this is the 2nd month now. I’ve emailed sharp logistics which is the company they work with spoken to them over the phone still nothing on my parcel. On the 26th February the system updated that the parcel has been released by customs I contacted sharp logistics they claim to have never received the package, that DPEX are the ones who updated the system without their knowledge the parcel is still held by customs. Customs told them they will have a meeting regarding this matter. They’re ***** they don’t care about customers. It’s been 2 months no one wants to help. They said they submitted all that customs wanted. DPEX is the worst company ever
