cannot get hold of the company based in Johannesburg

I cannot get hold of the company in Johannesburg. The seller advised that my parcel is on hold due to customs fee. tried to contact them on *** but no answer. I would like to know what is the customs fee due and their banking details so that I can pay and get my parcel. note it was the sellers responsibility to ensure the customs fee was paid.
