bad service from dpex

dpex is the most frustrating courier to do business with. my parcel has been stuck with them for a whole month. on Friday when I tracked it said item is out for delivery., however nothing came. on Tuesday I tracked again and the parcel was returned to the depo without attempting any delivery or contact. I called they said they don't know when they are gona try to deliver again. They don't call nor come to the address but claim item was out for delivery. I'm home all day and even have security at the gate so I have no idea what they mean when they say they tried to deliver. I have not even received any call for attemped delivery. I will never use this company again
