Bad Bad Service

This company doesn’t even deserve one star from me .It is the worst Courier company I have ever worked with !Absolutely bad service .I am supposed to receive my parcel within 5days and today it is the 8th days waiting for my goods .Its very frustrating because Christmas is nearby and I might not receive my goods before that .i am very disappointed ☹️ and hurt. The company doesn’t care for the customers because I had sent them an email but no response since yesterday.
