Angry customer

My parcel has been in customs since 21st Jan today its the 2nd its still in customs,I called dpex to inform them they told me my parcel is with sharp logistics they have partnered with them and gave me a number to call,the number rings allday to no response I called dpex again to inform them and they too didn't know what to do im frustrated because I couriered with dpex amd how is it now my problem that their Sharp logistics hasn't released my parcel ********** 78413.its costing me business which is my bread amd butter
