Zero service

Cannot complain about the service because there is none. Cannot get through to call centre agent +/- 15 calls. When you do eventually get through, you never get to speak to anybody. E-mails get no response. Scheduled pick- ups do not happen. Sitting with a parcel waiting to be picked up for return to international sports brand. Waiting and waiting... Forced to rate a one star...
