Worst service I ever received

I am having a very bad experience , Last week Friday the 24th Feb 2023 I was sent a notification saying that I will receive my parcel within the next 48 hours. But my parcel has still not been delivered and it is the 3rd March, only to find out that they said the address is wrong, The address was not wrong nor did anyone contact me to let me know of any issues. I needed my parcel by latest today and because of their mistake and lack of communication I am told that I now need to wait until next week.

When I asked to speak to a manager they put me through to rejoin the long wait of waiting to speak to a different representative where I was told I am number 20 in the phone que after already being on hold for 15 min.

I will never waste my time using this company again.
