Worst service

Very bad service,even the call center are rude Have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered since last week Wednesday,there is no communication am the one who is calling them asking about my order.they keep on laying saying it will be delivered before 6 since last week Wednesday Today am calling no one is helping me.They don't even respond to their emails
