Worst service ever in my entire life..

A wrong parcel was delivered to my place and when trying to find out about it, their driver became rude and advised me that its not his problem. Called their call centre no one is able to help me get my parcel. Their call centre agents just keep dropping my calls. This is the worst service i have ever experienced in my entire life. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO COURIER SOMETHING. They are unreliable and unprofessional. they are really BAD
