Worst service ever from a courier company DPD Laser

Worst service ever. I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered for days now: The status on their portal is misleading, They do not reply to your queries via email. Getting hold of them by phone is impossible, you wait endlessly for only for your call to get cut.
