Worst service ever!

I wish I could give this courier company a minus star review as they don't deserve even 1 star. They lost 2 of my packages in 2 days that I needed urgently. I called them, emailed them, but nobody gets back to you! It is so frustrating to deal with a company with no customer service whatsoever! Do NOT use them. You won't get your parcels or any answers!
