Worst service ever

I have never been so disappointed at a courier company like I am with this one. It’s been 2 days the courier company failing to deliver my parcel, without any explanation. The system on the 8th March shows “contact not available “while no one even called to check my availability. I am very disappointed. The item I had order was urgent and I feel so inconvenienced
