Worst service ever

I would like to give zero stars. Their service is terrible. I ordered something from ESTEE LAUDER on 23 November. My deliver was to have taken place at the latest on 29th Nov and I'm still waiting. No communication whatsoever on my delayed package. Numerous calls to call Centre and Ntombi does not even call me back or send me a text message or email. Everyday I am promised my package and everyday they fail to deliver. I have even asked if I can come to them to collect my own package to which they declined. What type of terrible service is this? I would never recommend to anyone. There are no driver details to contact. Nobody even bothers about following up or even letting me know if they decided to keep the package for themselves. Maybe Christmas gifting themselves.
