Worst service DPD laser

I am totally and utterly disgusted with the service from DPD Laser. Definitely one of the worst courier companies that DO NOT care about their customers. It has been over a month since the driver from the company delivered a parcel to the incorrect person. A person (who was not me) signed and took the parcel which was not verified. They said it was “successfully” deliver to which I immediately informed the company it was not delivered to me as I did not sign for it. I have phoned and emailed and spoken to various personal that keep saying they will speak to the driver to go and collect the parcel. The latest updat was that the security from my complex (which I DO NOT have) signed for the parcel to which I informed the employee we don’t have security at our complex to which she said my domestic worker which again informed her I do not have. This is theft! Out right theft! I find it totally disgusting that I have to keep following up, daily as to what is happening and how they will rectify the situation. It have been over a month of this and I would STRONGLY recommend never to use this company! Poor poor service!!
