Worst Service

The worst service I have ever received. This is a request to on-line sellers to please not use this company. You have to hold on for hours to speak to an agent regarding the tracing of your parcel. You start at number 78 in the queue, and when you get to number 1, the call is dropped. Spent about an hour holding on this morning and still did not speak to an agent.
