Worst service

I was supposed to receive my Ackermans order today in Modimolle limpopo. I received a call from the delivery guy who was very rude, he asked me where do i stay, I responded and gave him my address and he rudely said do you think i would ask you if i knew the direction. I then proceeded to direct him and he hung up.

I tried calling him back on this number : +*** and he hung up. He failed to deliver my order!!

I have never struggled with any other delivery company till this day, how does he work for a delivery company but fail to use a navigator instead of calling customers and being rude. Why did he even bother calling when he didn't even want to take the direction telephonically.
