Worst Service

The worst service ever!!! Been waiting for my parcel since the 9th of June and today was finally the day only for them to tell the call center I was not at home and picture of my gate outside. When infact I was home! They do not even attempt to call you to tell you that they are outside! What kind of courier company does not call the client to say they are outside! I am highly disguted by this pathetic service. I will definitely not be using them again. I will now rather go and collect my own parcel at the depot, to avoid this pathetic service!
