WORST SERVICE

They were supposed to deliver my parcel on the 25th of august as it was stated on the app that it's out for delivery,then later it was updated that the delivery failed at which i was available for that delivery the whole day.On the 26th it was out for delivery but no delivery took place.I called them on the 27th i was told that the car with my parcel was hijacked i will then get a refund.I have been calling them since the 28th of August till today the 5th of September they keep on saying they are escalating my query.I have not received any feedback from them.
