Worst Service

Worst courier company I have ever encountered. Whenever we place a collection we have to wait for more than 3 days for the driver to actually pitch. I called in on Friday the 7th of July to place a collection and they assured me that the driver will collect before 16:30. The ref number they gave me DUR***3. I actually want them to know who posted this review because I am tired of their ****ty service!Today is the 11th, I am currently on the line waiting for a representative and I have been holding for 17min now. And guess what, the call was cut.
