WORST SERVICE

Attempts were made to deliver my package on days I said I wasn't available. Eventually I got through last week and rescheduled and informed the agent that I would only be available today 2nd January. I called this morning to confirm it would be delivered today. By this afternoon no package had arrived and I called again only to be told it would be delivered tomorrow. I was never informed of this and would never have known if I didn't call. I informed the agent that I was not available from tomorrow. She referred me to someone else who could arrange a late delivery and she said would call me back by a certain time as she was on a break. No call. I called back again and was then told this person was not in and was working from home and the call was cut. I called back again and was eventually miraculously pit through to this person. She eventually said she would try to arrange the late delivery and would call me back. She eventually called me back and said late delivery was confirmed and would be delivered before 7pm. It is now 8:15pm and I still haven't received my delivery. So disappointed with this extremely poor service.
