Worst service!

Their service is shocking!!!!! From hanging up the phone on your ear to rude agents.

I placed an order with mango online and in the 9th Jan (according to tracking info) they had received my package from supplier. Today I called to find out why it’s taking so long… the First person who picked up my call told me I must call mango and ask what was going on then proceeded by hanging up the phone. I sent through an email where I got a response saying I should wait a month for my package.

I am not understanding. As there was confirmation that the package was now in their possession.
