Worst experience with a courier company ever

ZERO STARS. Worst experience with a courier company, ever. I had given up on my document ever arriving - after it was sent from London with high priority and was 2 weeks late and utterly untraceable by DPD. For days it showed "out on delivery" on the system and it simply did not arrive and was completely unfindable by anyone at DPD. It was like being stuck in the Twilight Zone. To my astonishment the document did arrive today - looking like it had been dragged through the seven circles of hell, backwards. A torn, frumpled, half-destroyed paper envelope - they didn't even bother to put a high-priority document, which was paid for as such in London, in a courier bag. It was just raw-dogged through hell and back in a manilla envelope. Needless to say, this important document looks worse than the dog's breakfast. I would advise against this company - although I must say that the ladies in the call center, whom I unfortunately had to speak to way more times than I wanted to - were very nice. Other than that... TERRIBLE COURIER, DO NOT RECOMMEND
