Worst experience ever

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Bought very expensive running shoes from Sportsmans Warehouse. After more than a week with no update, I made an enquiry with them and they in turn made an enquiry with DPD. Turns out the parcel just magically disappeared from the courier’s warehouse. HOW. Bunch of ******. Now it can’t be replaced because there’s no stock left.

Never buy online from anyone who uses DPD couriers.
