Worst experience ever

If I could give no stars, then I would. My order has still not been delivered. I have waited past 6pm Friday and Monday only for the driver to place a note on the tracking that they are unable to deliver. The contact centre cannot communicate with the drivers and their answer is simply that I should continue to wait every day until 6:30 until it is delivered eventually. Was informed again this morning before 8am that my package was the next one to be delivered - still nothing. I am so disgusted that Cotton On would use this company and not a more professional and reliable company. TCF? I don't think so.
