WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This is the worst logistics \ courier company I have ever seen! OMG!!!! My order kept moving around for almost 4 days with delivery promised but nothing coming through the door, eventually i decided to drive to their facilities by growthpoint business centre in Germiston; my shock was only escalated, they make you wait outside in the sun and just park and baste in the sun with a little 2 year old, no customer services at all!!! Even the security team is clueless, they take down your details from a little phone and send a whatsapp to someone, in this era?? Where is the efficiency \ automation? I would rate this a zero, the entire process needs a restructure starting with the call centre agents and a system that cannot tellnyoy what the previous call centre agent did or what the last update was! DPD is this the best really????? Completely shocked
