WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER !!

I had the worst experience with DPD laser. I do not recommend their service to anyone. They were supposed to deliver two parcels to me yesterday, they only delivered one and stated on the delivery report that I was not home to receive the other parcel at the same time that they delivered the one. I called the customer care line multiple times. They either hung up on me or transferred me to a line that was busy. This is the worst service ever! I hope they run out of business for this absolute utter disgusting service they provided.
