WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER, CONSULTANTS ARE USELESS WHEN YOU CALL

I got an SMS on Monday 2nd February saying my package is on the way and today is Wednesday and I am still waiting for my package to be delivered.

I called yesterday and I got few excuses like I was told the driver said I did not include the company name hence he could not deliver but my building there's a reception and I did specify ground floor, also when did the driver realise there's no company name on my address if I got the sms saying my package is on the way, also why didn't he call when he got there than to go back? Then the whole of yesterday nothing happened and today again another SMS and I am here still waiting when I call the ladies helping keeps dropping the call so now I have to camp at the office like I did the past 2 days and hope that they show up.

The worst delivery service I have had to deal with, it's even said that I logged in here only to see such a rating.
