Worst Delivery Service

If I could rate 0 I would, drivers will call you and tell you to meet them somewhere, some will come directly to your address so who is fooling who ? We pay for services then get treated like a favour is being done for us.So if someone can’t quickly get to a meeting point , what will happen? Log a request and no one called or sent an email
