Worst delivery service

This is the worst couries/delivery service, my delivery is late, I tried calling but they kept me on hold for well over 20 minutes then the call just ended.

The tracking order site keeps giving me the same feedback everyday, my order went from being at a depot to back in transit instead of progressing to delivery. What a horrible service provider, I wonder how some companies continue to use it!!!!
