Worst Delivery Company ever

This delivery company is not doing it job, there where supposed to deliver a parcel to me on the 29th March 2023 and the reason was that there was Bad Weather and then on the 30th March 2023 the excuse that they are showing on the site when i am tracing it it shows Excessive deliveries and that i will receive a call from ***, or i must call that number and when i call that number in the morning of the 31st March i was told that the driver says he did not find me, but when i check on my phone there is no one that called me, i wonder why Umbro South Africa will have a contract with people that when you call them their IVR just keeps on repeating the same thing even when you choose the option to speak to a consultant or to trace a parcel. ref no UMB8964
