WORST DELIVERY COMPANY - do not use dpd laser EVER

If I could give them zero stars I would. By far the WORST delivery company I’ve experienced to date. I arranged for reschedule and confirmed this with a consultant via email but they still delivered on the wrong day. Came again the next day, came to the CORRECT address where security called me and I allowed them in, they were just too lazy to call and check where exactly I was so they left and placed the parcel in the “problem parcel bin” so now my parcel is stuck at the depot. Most horrible customer service I’ve experienced I’ve had to call THEM more than 7 times in one day for feedback as it seems there is just no urgency whatsoever. I demanded that my package me delivered today as they deliver till 6:30pm but I was told “there’s not enough drivers”, which mind you, is NOT my problem
