Worst delivery company

This has been the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. My parcel was handed to them over a week already and they keep cancelling delivery due to”incomplete address “ 1. What’s so difficult to call me and update the address 2. I call them everyday and they drop my call They are very ***********, all off the agents infact. Legal action needs to be taken as they can’t keep on wasting out time like this 😡😡
