Worst customer services ever!!!!!

I must say the service that you get from dpdlaser( dawn wing) because you really dont get anything done. I have been with them for a year having an account but wow I just thought it is only this time that they will ***** your collection up but 90percent of the time. I tried contacting via Facebook account to ask when can I expect collection? It was promised for yesterday, i am still waiting. Also now i see i have been blocked from the account, so I suppose you are not allowed to ask these questions for the company. Dpd laser SA( dawn wing SA)
