worst customer service .

dpd lase has the worse most unreliable accounts department, never replies to emails , always promises to credit my account , but never happens, from vryburg branch right up to head office , i have a email trail of promises but never fullfils them. i paid them upfront always then they begged me to open a account on the third order i was over charged. and since then no one can assit to fix my account.
