Worst Customer Service

After receiving a message to say my parcel is out for delivery, apparently their vehicle couldn’t deliver my parcel and no one bothered to contact me about it and can’t tell me when it will be delivered. Driver : SPHAMANDLA MLUTHA Vehicle Reg : MANISHAS (KD COURIERS)
