Worst couriers service ever

Crazy long waiting times on customer care call line and a no care attitude from personell on the other side of the line when you finally reach them. Despite numerous calls over the course of a week and being placed on hold multiple times I'm still no closer to getting any details about my missing parcel...

Cherry on the cake was when I had to explain the contents of the parcel to the customer service person as if they were going to open all the parcels and look for my missing stuff...
