Worst Courier Service - Strand, Cape Town Area

DPD Laser has the worst system in place. Cannot contact the driver directly. Cannot get hold of a manager directly. Two days in a row now that my package has failed delivery with no substantial reason. No contact has been made to me whatsoever, not a single call or sms. Sub-par customer service.
