Worst Courier service in S.A.

Worst courier service ever .... I cant believe these people are still in business.

I ordered a package which was supposed to be delivered on Mon 22/12/2025. Spoke to the seller and he confirmed he handed the package over to the DPD Couriers on Thursday 18/12. Been trying since Monday to get some feedback as to why my daughter Christmas present hasn't arrived yet. Today I get an email from "Renate Du Plessis" stating that they never collected the package even though their tracking on the site confirmed the collection last week.

Their customer service number is useless because they loop they calls in and unending queue so you never get to talk to anyone (I was #143 in queue eventually #2 then suddenly #56) and their callback service doesn't work, nobody ever calls back.
