Worst courier service I know

The worst courier company I came across.

I received an SMS that my delivery is on the way at 09h55. At 10h27 I got a call from Isaac that he is at my gate, only to learn that he is at the wrong address and I gave him directions - he says he knows the area.

At 11h00 he was still not at my place (10 minutes from where he was) and I requested him to call me back as one of the options on the SMS received. I requested again at 11h30. The problem is, you cannot call the driver back. When it turned 12h00, I decided to phone and waited 23 minutes in line before someone could assist me. So they requested Isaac to phone me and said goodbye.

No-one phoned. So I logged a ticket. No response, so I posted another one. It is now 14h10 and no word from them, no way to phone the driver and it is just not viable to stay on the line for 30 minutes with nothing being resolved.

This is not the first time I received terrible service from them. They are currently Dawn Wing changing to DPD Laser. Unfortunately, this is the delivery service used by the online shop, and nothing I can do about it.

I would not use them out of choice - ever.
